Mission Work in Colombia

My first trip to Colombia was with Bro. Bernie Garcia with Voice of Restoration, Phoenix, Arizona.  Bro. Bernie, myself, and several other Brothers of WMO arrived in Bogota where we were welcomed by Bro. Fabio Bernal, the elder pastor of Bogota.  Also present was Bro. David Lucero, a Pastor/Missionary from Cali, Colombia, whom we have grown to love and appreciate.  Bro. Bernie asked if we would go to Cali with Bro. David to hold some meetings.  We had the meetings in a downtown coliseum and the Lord moved in a mighty way.  Pastors from several denominations and over 2,000 people were present.

WMO has also helped establish missions in Peru. The Brothers in Colombia are true missionaries. It has been a great privilege and an honor to work with the Brothers there.

Bro. John Bonk (pictured at left) of Wisconsin is the coordinator for Colombia. He has been with WMO for over 25 years and has spent many hours doing missionary work.

Your Brother in Christ,

Bro. John Bonk and team

In September Bro. John Bonk and Bro. Joshua Dutton made a trip into Colombia. They spent one month there preaching the Gospel. They spent time with the saints in Bogota, Fusa, Cartegena, Medillin, and Pasto. Your prayers were greatly appreciated during this trip, and the Lord did great things.
